Eugene V. Slobodzian, PhD, CISSP, CSSLP
Dr. Slobodzian is a Principal and the Director of both the Penetration Testing and the Application Testing Practices at InfoSecurus. Eugene focuses on penetration testing and application services along with training practices for professionals seeking an expanded knowledge base in these areas. Eugene has over 12 years of experience in various aspects of the information security field and is widely recognized as the most accomplished ethical hacker in Northern New England. He has also served on the executive committee of the Information Security Foundation (ISF), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youths with the introduction and application of the principals of information security. Dr. Slobodzian holds an advanced degree in Physics from the University of Maine and he is a certified security professional (CISSP, 2004).
John H. Rogers, Security+, MCSE
John Hill Rogers serves as a Principal, Senior Information Security Consultant, and Director for Compliance and Training Practices at InfoSecurus. Mr. Rogers is an IT and information security professional with 13 years of field experience including nine years of specialized work in information security engineering, consulting, and training. During his years as a technical trainer, John authored and delivered curricula for professionals and staff at all levels in several industries including healthcare, state and federal government, and financial sectors. He maintains extensive domain expertise with several industry regulatory standards including GLBA, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001/2, NIST, COBIT, NSA, HIPPA, & HITECH. Mr. Rogers has also served on the executive board of multiple organizations over his distinguished career.
Keith B. Gosselin, Senior Information Security Consultant
Mr.Gosselin is responsible for providing a wide array of information security services to financial services, hospitals and other vertical markets. With nearly 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security, Keith brings a broad range of skills and abilities to InfoSecurus. Most recently, Gosselin served for 8 years as the Vice President of Information Technology at Biddeford Savings Bank, a Maine based mutual savings bank. Outside of work, Keith serves on the board of directors for Sweetser Mental Health Services, McArthur Library and has most recently volunteered at the George H.W. Bush Celebrity Golf Classic to benefit Gary’s House in Portland Maine. Keith was also a long time member and past president of the Biddeford-Saco Rotary Club and served as an Assistant Governor for Rotary District 7780.
Brendan D. Travis, VP, Business Development
Mr. Travis brings over 10 years of risk management and compliance experience to the South Portland-based information security services firm. Brendan began his career with PCi Corp. in 1999 as an Inside Sales Representative where he helped launch a new community bank division which focused on tailoring compliance solutions to the unique needs of the community bank market segment. Most recently, Mr. Travis was an Alliance Executive with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services where he managed strategic partner relationships. Mr. Travis holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College and an MBA from Clarkson University.
